New Fire Emblem Heroes events – Golden Week celebration, Allegiance Battles, Alm: Saint-King, more

A bunch of different events have kicked off in Fire Emblem Heroes today.
First up, to celebrate Golden Week, nine events have gone live. These include log-in bonuses, special maps for ten days straight, Hero Fest with special versions of the four Heroes from Choose Your Legends: Round 1 and 2, Aether Raids, and increased EXP and SP from battle.

Blaster Master Zero 2 update out now (version 1.2.2)

A new update for Blaster Master Zero 2 can now be downloaded. Inti Creates has started distribution of version 1.2.2.
With the new patch, a sequence has been added so that players can more easily understand how to use the Blaster Counter and return to Gaia Sophia when outside the tank. Other issues have also been addressed.

Last month’s issue of Nintendo Dream had a big interview with the Yoshi’s Crafted World development team. Nintendo’s Takashi Tezuka, Nobuo Matsumiya, and Emi Watanabe participated in the discussion alongside Etsunobu Ebisu and Masahiro Yamamoto from Good Feel.

Pichu, Isabelle, and Pokemon Trainer amiibo up on GameStop

GameStop has finally joined other retailers in offering pre-orders for the next wave of Smash Bros. amiibo. Pichu, Isabelle, and Pokemon Trainer are now live on the retailer’s site here. A bundle is also available featuring all three.
Pichu, Isabelle, and Pokemon Trainer release on July 26.
Nintendo says it has nothing new to announce about first-party 3DS games

Things have been quiet for 3DS as of late, which isn’t exactly surprising. The system is pretty old at this point and Nintendo’s efforts have focused primarily on Switch and mobile.
The 3DS definitely sounds like it’s winding down. Nintendo has no games announced for the system, and there’s only a smattering of third-party titles left like Persona Q2. Also, for what it’s worth, the company is saying that it has no news pertaining to first-party releases.

Kirby’s 27th anniversary celebrated with special art

Kirby’s Dream Land, the very first entry in the Kirby series, first debuted on the Game Boy in Japan way back in April 27, 1992. As it’s now April 27 in Japan, the franchise and the character are 27 years old.
The occasion is being celebrated on the official Japanese Twitter account with some special art. We have the new piece attached above.
