SEGA could be continuing the “Shining” franchise with a new game. A trademark for “Shining Ark” has popped up in Japan.

This name may sound familiar to old school gamers. Shining the Holy Ark was released back in 1996 (1997 overseas) for the Sega Saturn. Perhaps Shining Ark is a remake?

Just in case you were wondering, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon isn’t suffering a delay only in North America. Nintendo of Europe’s game page lists a 2013 release as well. I guess this was a worldwide delay after all…
