Speaking on the company’s official forum, Capcom Corporate Officer/Senior Vice-President Christian Svensson once again confirmed December as the month fans should be looking forward to for Mega Man anniversary news.
Svensson also advised fans to keep their expectations in check. It sounds like the news may not be related to a video game, “or even an announcement of one at that time.”
“In December ‘some but not all’ plans for the coming year of celebrations will be shared. There are many moving parts and not everything will be done and final come December. No one has promised a game or even an announcement of one at that time. Please do keep expectations in check.”

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate isn’t Capcom’s only Wii U game
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
Capcom fulfilled two goals this past Thursday. The company finally confirmed that Monster Hunter Tri G would be localized, and also announced its first Wii U game, a separate version of the 3DS Monster Hunter title.
One Capcom-Unity member was curious about support for the console beyond Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. Responding to the inquiry, Corporate Officer/Senior Vice-President Christian Svensson confirmed that there are “other projects in the works”.
Svensson wrote:
“I have to be careful what I say here as it will surely be overanalyzed and misinterpreted to be more than what I’m saying.
“We have other projects in the works beyond MH3 Ultimate. Unfortunately at this time I can not provide any details. I’m sure as someone who is interested in Wii U and a Capcom-Unity.com member, you won’t be able to miss news of future projects when they finally do get announced.”

Consumers are quickly running out of retailers to pre-order the Wii U from. GameStop, Best Buy, Target, and Kmart are all sold out. You can add Toys “R” Us to the list as well.
Wii U pre-orders have been pulled from Toys “R” Us’ site. Although the official page suggests that more stock will open up in the future, that’s not a guarantee.
