Windows PC version to launch on November 11, 2010, worldwide

Rumor: House of the Dead: Overkill 2 in the works

House of the Dead: Overkill was a pretty enjoyable game, but it didn’t seem as though the title sold well. Apparently, such sales haven’t stopped SEGA from going ahead with a sequel. NintendoLife is reporting that their sources close to SEGA claim Overkill 2 is in development and will be released early or mid-2011. I wouldn’t believe the rumor until we receive some sort of confirmation (although that should be the case with all speculation), but I’d personally welcome a sequel!
