Players Are Invited to Experience the hit NARUTO Shippuden Saga for the First Time on the Nintendo DS

LOS ANGELES – May 21, 2009 – TOMY Corporation today announced that the next installment in the hit Ninja Council series, NARUTO™ Shippuden: Ninja Council® 4, has gone gold and will be available at retail outlets nationwide on June 2 for Nintendo DS™. NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 allows dedicated franchise fans and new Naruto fighters alike to experience the NARUTO Shippuden storyline for the first time on the handheld device with a host of playable characters sporting their updated NARUTO Shippuden looks and wireless multiplayer battles for up to four players.

Signs of seeing a Wii version of Resident Evil 5 hasn’t been very positive as of late. However, Capcom’s Kazuhiko Abe was recently approached by Reuters Japan with a question regarding a possible eventual release of the game on Nintendo’s system and surprisingly, his answer was slightly encouraging. In more or less words, Abe said that Capcom hasn’t determined if RE5 will end up on the Wii (whether or not they will “offer” it). That certainly leaves the door open for the future and is more hopeful than some previous statements made by Capcom representatives.


Konami has just sent our a teaser email of sorts regarding their E3 press conference. Apparently the event will feature “surprise guests” and “revolutionary announcements.”
