Rising Star Games confirms No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle for spring European release
Travis Touchdown is back for more in the highly charged second instalment, fuelled by bloodthirsty revenge
Thursday 11th February 2010: Leading videogames publisher Rising Star Games, today confirms that No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, exclusively for the Nintendo Wii, is on track to be released throughout Europe at the end of April 2010.
Soaked in slick graphic novel-style visuals, No More Heroes 2 is clever, mature and further validates the series’ reputation as one of the most original and unique games on the Wii. The story follows Travis Touchdown who now finds himself the 51st ranked assassin – placed at the bottom of the UAA (United Assassins Association) table. He has to fight his way back to the top, while seeking revenge for the murder of his best friend.
About the contact form…

As you know by now, Nintendo Everything is on a brand new server. There were a few issues that I immediately noticed from the switch, so they were corrected soon after. Unfortunately, I did not notice one problem in particular until a little while ago. While direct emails worked fine for the most part, I’d say about 80% of the emails sent in through the contact form were not received. So, if you sent an email through that form in the past 24 hours, I most likely did not and probably will not see it. Everything seems to be in working order now, however. If you have a news tip or other item you’d like to send our way, I should be able to receive it.

Nintendo considering the future of WiiWare demos

“From the start, the demo program was always planned to be available for a limited time on a trial basis. We’re looking at our results and deciding our next steps.” – Nintendo representative
Japan has already received a couple of new demos, so I don’t see why North America and Europe shouldn’t see some new ones as well. The first round of demos seemed to help sales of WiiWare games somewhat and I don’t think anyone would say that introducing new ones would be a bad idea. Hopefully Nintendo will continue with the program soon.
