PM Studios, in collaboration with Retchy Games, announced today that Zoe Begone is getting a release on Switch. It’s slated for Q4 2024.
Zoe Begone is a bullet hell title with a hand-drawn style. It features a mix of frenetic shooter gameplay, the run-and-gun mechanics of Metal Slug, and the infinite loops and shoot ’em up aspects of Resogun.

A Little to the Left: Seeing Stars DLC revealed

A Little to the Left is getting a second round of DLC titled Seeing Stars. It’s confirmed for release on June 25, 2024.
Seeing Stars will include 33 new levels as well as five additional ones to unlock. The DLC puts extra emphasis on letting players arrange things the way they prefer, so some levels have up to five different ways to solve them. Also featured are 100 stars, interactive items, and puzzles with varying difficulty.

Sonic Generations is making a comeback as part of the new Switch title Sonic x Shadow Generations, and a new graphics comparison compares the new and old versions.
There’s a lot to look forward to in Sonic x Shadow Generations, including a new campaign. For the original game though, SEGA has touched up the graphics and increased the resolution.

Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure just received a release date. The title is making its way to Switch on July 25, 2024, Furniture & Mattress announced.
You may remember Arranger: A Role-Puzzling Adventure from its reveal in a Nintendo Direct earlier this year. Furniture & Mattress said it would be out this summer, and the studio is holding true to that original target.

SEGA has shared another round of details for Sonic x Shadow Generations, revealing that the game has a new hub world, hidden Chao to rescue in every level, and more.

Innersloth just shared the first details about the next update for Among Us, version v2024.6.18.
Three new roles are being added to the game – a couple are Crewmates and the other is an Imposter. First up is the Tracker where players use the tracking device to keep tabs on Crewmates via the minimap. With the Noisemaker, they’ll make some noise when they die to alert everyone of your body’s location. Finally, with the Imposter role Phantom, players can turn invisible for a short time.

Sonic x Shadow Generations release date set for October

June 6: While we’re still waiting on the official announcement from SEGA, the release date for Sonic x Shadow Generations appears to be imminent. New leaks point to the game launching on October 25, 2024. On the record, it’s due out on Switch later in 2024.
Well-known leaker billbil-kun put out the claim on social media. That was followed up with another leak from MysteryLupin, who not only posted the boxart – see above – but also a new set of screenshots. The packaging image seems to reveal that copies include Gerald Robotnik’s journal covering Shadow’s creation and a Sonic Adventure legacy skin.

PS1-style survival horror game Fear the Spotlight coming to Switch

Today, publisher Blumhouse Games and developer Cozy Game Pals announced that they’re working together on Fear the Spotlight for Switch. A release window as not provided.
Fear the Spotlight, a third-person survival horror game, is a love letter to classic 90s teen horror stories. It also features a visual style inspired by the original PlayStation era. Players will sneak into a school after hours with Vivian and Amy, survive a seance gone wrong, solve tactile puzzles, and uncover the disturbing mystery behind a school tragedy decades before.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind announced

Today, Hasbo and Digital Eclipse unveiled Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind. Switch hasn’t been confirmed specifically, but it’s coming to consoles and Digital Eclipse tends to put all of its content on Nintendo’s console.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind is a retro-inspired action game based on the famous television show. The game promises a fresh adventure with an original storyline that both respects and remixes the lore with scenarios and gameplay that will be both familiar and new to MMPR fans.

Matchbox: Driving Adventures coming to Switch

Outright Games made an announcement about its next game today, and Matchbox: Driving Adventures is coming to Switch. The title is due out on September 20, 2024.
Matchbox: Driving Adventures, created by Casual Brothers, lets players unlock, customize, and race digital versions of authentic Matchbox vehicles. Support is included for single-player as well as multiplayer.
