Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo now live for all

Just a quick reminder for you guys – the Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo is now live for all owners of Nintendo’s handheld. It was previously made available for select Club Nintendo members last week. Fans in North America needed to have reached Platinum Status within the previous year to be eligible.

Funktronic Labs and Curve Digital bringing Nova-111 to Wii U in 2015

Curve Studios’ Wii U support continues. Today, in conjunction with Funktronic Labs, the company announced that Nova-111 is heading to the Wii U eShop early next year.
Nova-111 is a sci-fi themed adventure game that offers a mix of turn-based gameplay and real-time action. Players will need to use both real time decisions and turn based strategy to fight enemies and solve puzzles. Curve says, “The combination of two very different methods of interacting with the world creates a title that allows for the sense of urgency of real-time games while providing the depth of strategy and methodical combat decisions typically associated with turn-based titles.”

Giana Sisters 2 in the works, targeted for Wii U

Black Forest Games is working on Giana Sisters 2, the studio has confirmed. The Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams sequel is currently in the early prototyping stages and is targeted for Wii U, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Black Forest Games expects the game to be ready by late 2015 or early 2016.
