Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning looks to be Europe-bound. A rating for the game popped up on the USK, with Zen United listed as publisher. Rising Star Games has been publishing the Harvest Moon titles for several years now, so this would be somewhat surprising.

Update: We now have a specific date. The May 19th episode of Pokemon Smash will reveal lots of new details, and Masuda will be appearing. CoroCoro could leak out new information before then.

Followed by an Iwata-level laugh, Game Freak developer Junichi Masuda has teased that Pokemon X/Y news may be just around the corner. “Just wait a little longer now,” he said in response to a fan question on Twitter, who quizzed him on when we would hear more, which could mean we’ll hear something around E3 time, but my guess is that the announcement will come out of Japan rather than coming from the show in Los Angeles.

A new piece of important Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC is out today in North America.

Players can now purchase the “Future Past 1” map, which involves the rescue of Cynthia, Kjelle, Noire and Nah. The four characters have been trapped in a prison. The map does indeed depict the alternate future that has the adult characters’ living on, and along the way, you’ll encounter special conversation between the parents and kids.

You can purchase the “Future Past 1” map for $3. It is, however, possible to download the full three maps for $6.50. Maps 2 and 3 will be unlocked at a later date.

Atlus won’t be publishing Devil Survivor 2: Break Record in Japan this summer as initially expected.

Today, the company announced that the 3DS game has been delayed to autumn. It was originally scheduled to launch on July 11.

Atlus apologized for the delay in its announcement, but said that extra time will be used to improve the quality of Break Record.

Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is, in many ways, identical to the original Wii version. However, one small element that the 3DS release lacks is idle animations.

Some of you may remember that Donkey Kong pulled out a DS if you left him alone for a small period of time. You won’t be seeing that in the 3DS game, unfortunately. It’s not a big omission, but you have to wonder why it was removed.
