Nintendo and snowboarder Jamie Anderson are working together to promote the release of Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games as well as the Winter Games in general. You can find details about the “Road to Sochi Tour” below.

WHAT:Nintendo is joining up with the United States Olympic Committee to kick off its nationwide “Road to Sochi Tour” in Times Square on Oct. 29 with a 100 Day Countdown event, celebrating 100 days until the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. The event will take up three blocks in New York’s Times Square and will include athlete demonstrations on a ski and snowboard ramp, as well as an ice rink for curling, figure skating, speedskating and ice hockey.
Nintendo will also be there with hands-on demos for its new game, Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games, which launches for Wii U on Nov. 15. The fun game features characters from the Super Mario Bros. and Sonic the Hedgehog universes competing together in 24 winter events, including the new event snowboard slopestyle, which is making its Olympic Winter Games debut in Sochi.
Jamie Anderson, slopestyle snowboarder and six-time X Games medalist, will be at the event to help promote Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games. The Olympic hopeful will meet with visitors in a designated area.
In addition, the Mario and Sonic costumed characters will make appearances to take photos with attendees.

Defender’s Quest is looking very likely for both 3DS and Wii U. A 3DS version is all but confirmed, and creator Lars Doucet also confirmed on Twitter that has a Wii U dev kit.

Doucet also said he’s looking into the possibility of cross-buy support between Wii U and 3DS:

As far as cross-buy between Wii U and PC goes, the chances of that happening aren’t so high. It’s not something that should be expected, understandably.

With Halloween approaching, Disney Infinity players can now download five new Toy Boxes inspired by the celebration.
Each is a winning submission in the recently-held “Disney Infinity Halloween Challenge”.

For those who are unaware, you can download Toy Boxes through the following steps:

· Bring up the Pause Menu and select “Online/Multiplayer.”
· Then select “Toy Box Share” > “Disney’s Toy Boxes” > “Submit to Disney.”
· Follow the prompts. You’ll be asked to give your Toy Box an original name and description. Choose carefully – they will be shown to everybody if your Toy Box is featured.
