Neko Entertainment, the studio behind Puddle on the Wii U eShop, may opt to bring future titles to the platform.

QA manager Sébastien Chipot-Delys was recently asked if Puddle’s development on Wii U inspired the team with ideas about the future and whether Neko has any additional projects planned for the console. This was the response:

“Yes, we learned a lot by developing Puddle on Wii U, and it will be definitely helpful for the future and our next titles on Wii U!”

Chipot-Delys was also asked about the possibility of 3DS support. He said:

“I cannot tell you more for the moment, but it is a possibility…amongst a lot of others!”

Pre-order Pokemon X/Y

Posted on 11 years ago by (@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments

We’ve got a long ways to go before the arrival of Pokemon X/Y, but Amazon has already opened up pre-orders. Both are available for the standard 3DS price tag of $39.99.

You can pre-order Pokemon X here and Pokemon Y here.

Pokedex 3D Pro users can now add Genesect to the app. Follow the steps below and it can be yours!

  1. Go to the title screen menu
  2. Enter the Pokemon Challenge trivia segment
  3. Scroll to the bottom to Challenges 37-39
  4. Select the Delete button on any of these Challenges
  5. Enter the promotional code PHSKUTDF on the keyword screen
  6. Complete the 20-question trivia quiz

Genesect won’t be the only Pokemon to be made available through a promotional code. Nintendo already sent out a code for Meloetta, but it is only compatible with the Japanese release.

Nintendo has posted another round of character art and details from Fire Emblem: Awakening. The latest information covers Kellam, Sumia, Lon’qu, and Donnel. A rundown of each character is below, along with art.

Kellam

Kellam is our Fire Emblem Awakening character spotlight for today. He is a Shepherd whose infamous lack of presence makes him seem invisible to others.

Sumia

Sumia from Fire Emblem Awakening is a klutzy Shepherd with a lack of self-worth. She has a talent for working with animals.

Lon’qu

Lon’qu from Fire Emblem Awakening is a swordsman raised in Regna Ferox. He’s usually cool and curt with most people.

Donnel

Donnel is our Fire Emblem Awakening spotlight today. A villager from a remote corner of Ylisse, Donnel came to the fight with just his farming experience but he is eager to learn and shows a great deal of promise.

D3Publisher has a peculiar game in development for the Japanese 3DS eShop. Just read the title and you may get a brief understanding as to what this one is about: “@Simple DL Series: Vol. 7: Assault the Cheating Boyfriend!”.

Yes, this download is all about cheating boyfriends. You find evidence and confront the cheaters.

Sound fun? Here’s what you can expect:

– Play as a girl who thinks her boyfriend is cheating
– Search his home for evidence
– Adventure game-like elements
– Use evidence to point out contradictions in your boyfriend’s story
– 3DS gyroscopic sensor used to throw items at your boyfriend
– Hold L+R and shake the 3DS to do so
– 4 boyfriends to defeat: Masato (23 years old), Seiji (27), Toru (18), and Toshio (?)
– Masato: meet him in the city where he picks you up with his sociable personality
– You unintentionally let your guard down and start dating Masato
– Because of your busy schedules you only see each other once a month and you see Masato walking with another woman
– Each boyfriend has his own story and multiple endings depending on how you fare in the confrontation portion

@Simple DL Series: Vol. 7: Assault the Cheating Boyfriend! Caught You Red Handed will be available on the Japanese 3DS eShop on January 30 for 300 yen.

Namco Bandai has announced a surprising localization today: Project X Zone. The Capcom, SEGA, and Namco Bandai mashup 3DS title is coming to North America and Europe this summer.

You can probably thank Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada for Project X Zone’s arrival overseas. In September, Harada said he was pushing hard for localization.

We’ve posted the official announcement below.
