Luna-3X release date

It’s been a long time coming, but Luna-3X just received a release date. Red Art Games and Pygmy Studio just sent out word that the game is hitting Switch on September 26, 2024.

Luna-3X was first made known for Switch way back in 2017. It’s a rhythm action game that takes place in a world where only seven days remain until judgment day, and it’s up to you to save all of the critters before it’s too late.

Here’s an overview of the game:

Developer Yokogo Systems and publisher Gravity Game Arise have announced that they will be bringing The Good Old Days to Switch later this year. The game is described as a “Juvenile Metroidvania” at takes its inspiration from games released in the 90s, with a pixel art style and multiple endings.

Divine Dynamo Flamefrit

As part of BitSummit Drift, Inti Creates revealed Divine Dynamo Flamefrit for Switch. The title is slated for Winter 2024.

Divine Dynamo Flamefrit is a 2D action homage to games and anime from the 90s. The project was actually previously teased as an April Fools’ joke, but is in full production.

Forestrike

Publisher Devolver Digital, along with Olija developer Skeleton Crew Studio, just announced Forestrike. The game is now in development for Switch.

Forestrike is a tactical kung fu game, but as an extra feature, there’s a supernatural twist. Players will use a foresight ability to visualize fights before they happen and hone their skills then battle in reality. If you lose, you’ll start over – albeit with permanent progress.

Landnama

Pineapple Works, along with Sonderland, today announced that they’re bringing Landnama to Switch. The game will be available on August 1, 2024.

Landnama is a roguelite survival base builder. Players will face the judgment of winter’s deadly toll while leading the first Viking clans to settle Iceland.

Overwatch 2 Juno

Blizzard will be bringing Juno as a new Support Hero for Overwatch 2, the company has announced.

Switch players can go hands-on as part of a limited-time hero trial between July 19 and July 21. Juno will be available to pick in all modes except Competitive Play. Players can also test out the first Martian Hero through No Limits in the Arcade.

After the Hero Trial, Juno will return to Overwatch when Season 12 launches on August 20.

PowerWash Simulator Muckingham Files Part 3 update

PowerWash Simulator is back again with its next free update, dubbed “Muckingham Files Part 3”. This comes in celebration of the game’s second anniversary.

Muckingham Files Part 3 includes the Aquarium and Submarine as new levels. Here’s the rundown on both:

Amber Isle release date

Amber Isle just got a final release date from Team17 and developer Ambertail Games. It launches on October 31, 2024, the two sides confirmed today.

Amber Isle, a dino-centric shop management sim, was revealed for Switch in April. Team17 was keeping quiet about launch timing, but now we know the game will be available before the end of the year.
