Wii U eShop

Road Redemption has met its goal on Kickstarter – and there’s still 35 hours to go.

Dark Seas Games was looking to raise $160,000 for the project. Over $166,000 has been collected up to this point.

Road Redemption is scheduled to launch on the PC in August 2014. A Wii U version should be out a few months later thanks to publisher Nicalis.

C-Wars is officially heading to the 3DS and Wii U. The two platforms were added in as stretch goals on Kickstarter, and both were reached before the campaign ended.

Onipunks requested $65,535 in funding to make C-Wars happen on the 3DS and PlayStation Vita. $75,000 was needed for a Wii U version.

Update: Regarding Europe:

Mutant Mudds Deluxe is now in Nintendo’s hands. Renegade Kid co-founder Jools Watsham confirmed via Twitter that the Wii U eShop game has been submitted to Nintendo of America.

Watsham said:

When might we be seeing Mutant Mudds Deluxe? If all goes well, it looks like it’ll pop up on the eShop in June.

A pair of Wii U games are now available at slightly cheaper prices through the eShop.

Assassin’s Creed III can be purchased for $39.99. Meanwhile, Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 has been dropped to $49.99. Each was originally priced at $59.99.

Super Icon’s Life of Pixel could make its way to the Wii U. If £30,000 is raised through Kickstarter, we’ll be seeing the platformer on the eShop.

Admittedly, it could prove challenging to reach the stretch goal, let alone the overall total. £10,000 is requested to make Life of Pixel happen, but only £116 has been raised thus far.

You can find more information about Life of Pixel on the official Kickstarter page here.
