Netflix should be live on European Wii Us

I personally don’t have a European Wii U on hand, so I can’t verify this completely. But Nintendo has said that Netflix should be live on all European consoles today.
If this is untrue, please let us know!
Assassin’s Creed III, ZombiU seeing purchasing issues on the European eShop

ZombiU and Assassin’s Creed III are both experiencing issues on the European eShop. The games’ 18-rated classification could very well be the culprit.
When attempting to purchase either title, a message displays:
You cannot view this content.
The times during which this content can be viewed have been restricted.
There’s no word yet as to when the issue with be addressed. Soon, hopefully.
