RCMADIAX shared an update about Blok Drop X Ping Plus and the studio’s plans in general via a press announcement shared today.

Regarding Blok Drop X Ping Plus, the game itself has been cancelled. Content from that title will now be distributed through Blok Drop U at no extra cost. Blok Drop X Ping Plus’s cancellation comes part of RCMADIAX’s plans to reduce Wii U output this year because of “weaker than expected sales during the fourth quarter of 2014 and greater than expected expenses”

Blok Drop X Twisted Fusion is coming to Europe on March 5. Spikey Walls and Tabletop Gallery will follow in Q2. RCMADIAX is unlikely to bring the upcoming games Pentapuzzle, Color Bombs, and Super Robo Mouse to regions outside of North America, though “that decision has not been made final yet and could change depending on demand.”

Finally, RCMADIAX says that the developer has yet to make “a final decision to our 2016 product catalog just yet, but it is likely that we will be focusing on platforms with a larger install base.”

Thanks to SkarmGamer and dr_meow_blah for the tip.

Update: Another tweet from NinjaBee is below. It looks like the studio hopes to bring out a demo in North America in hopes of improving sales, which could then potentially lead to a European release.

NinjaBee could be teasing a demo for A World of Keflings on Wii U. The studio posted a message on Twitter today:

While not confirmed just yet, I think it’s safe to say that A World of Keflings will most probably be receiving a demo based on the above message. Stay tuned!

Candlelight Studios, the developer of the RPG Untold Story, really wants to bring the game to Wii U. There’s just one problem: money.

Creator Joshua Temblett told Nintendo Life that a Wii U version “would cost between £2,500 – £5,000”, and that’s something he doesn’t have at the moment. Temblett first intends to release Untold Story on PC. If he obtains the necessary funds, there’s a good chance we’ll see it on Wii U in the future.

Temblett’s full words:

I would love nothing more than to bring Untold Story to the Wii U, it does have NES inspired graphics after all!

I’ve estimated that in order to bring Untold Story to the Wii U it would cost between £2,500 – £5,000, that’s including language translation to get it onto each region’s eShop, as well as paying for each region’s rating services (ESRB, Pegi etc). Unfortunately, I can’t afford such an amount right now.

My aim is to release Untold Story first on Windows, and then looking into releasing it on the Wii U when I have the funds.

You can view a trailer for Untold Story above. You can keep track of updates on the official page here.
