If you pre-order Watch_Dogs from either Amazon or GameStop, you’ll receive an extra piece of bonus DLC.

Amazon is handing out the “Signature Shot Pack”, an exclusive single-player mission that dishes out an original Biometric Assault Rifle and the Black Viceroy’s Outfit upon completion.

Ubisoft’s description of the biometric weapon reads:

“The biometrics weapon has been smuggled into Chicago for the captain of the Black Viceroy’s gang. The weapon only works for the first person to imprint their palm on the handle. Players will need to breach a stronghold, steal the package and be the first to imprint the weapon and get out of The Wards alive.”

GameStop has its own exclusive pre-order content. Those who reserve Watch_Dogs from the retailer will receive The Palace Pack single-player mission featuring the investigation bonus and ATM hack boost. The first item “will unlock exclusive investigation opportunities inside of the network” while the ATM hack boost “will increase cash rewards when hacking into bank accounts.”

Nintendo continues to add functionality to Miiverse. The latest update, while not overly significant, adds a much-welcomed element.

In the past, it was only possible to attach screenshots to a new post. Miiverse has now been changed to allow users to include images with comments as well.

Here’s the latest update on Mutant Mudds Deluxe: after submitting the game to Nintendo earlier this month, it was returned “with a few issues”. These have now been fixed, and the downloadable title will once again be submitted to Nintendo of America.

Renegade Kid co-founder Jools Watsham tweeted:

If all goes well, Mutant Mudds Deluxe will hit the Wii U eShop in June.

Update: The Italian version of Batman’s boxart appears to contain the pre-order label. Having looked at the North American and UK announcements, though, I’m skeptical…

If you pre-order Batman: Arkham Origins on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, or PC, you’ll get playable Deathstroke DLC. Interested in the Wii U version? Well, it sounds like you’re out of luck.

The European boxarts for Origins include a label highlighting the game’s pre-order incentive, but it’s nowhere to be found on the Wii U packfront. Today’s announcement also makes no mention of Wii U pre-order DLC.

We’ve reached out to Warner Bros. Interactive and will let you know if any comment is provided.

Just last week, EnjoyUp Games announced Darts Up for the 3DS eShop. The company has now confirmed that “Darts Up” will be coming to the Wii U eShop.

Both versions’ content is largely the same. The 3DS and Wii U versions will include three modes such as 501, Mii support, and multiplayer with up to four players. The GamePad’s motion sensor can be used to aim and look around your surroundings on Wii U, just like the 3DS.
