The PC version of World of Goo has finally gone gold and if all goes as planned, the game should ship in the first week of November. As far as the WiiWare version is concerned, developer 2D Boy confirmed that the developers are putting on the final touches. The game will be submitted to Nintendo this month. 2D Boy also announced that the WiiWare version has a good chance of being available before the PC version, which makes an October release nearly guaranteed.

Developed by Virtual Identity, this family friendly action adventure ‘party’ game for Nintendo Wii™ and DS™ is scheduled for worldwide release early next year.
