Crypt Custodian will be appearing on Switch, publisher Top Hat Studios and developer Kyle Thompson announced today. Fans can pick it up this summer.

Crypt Custodian is a Zelda-like meets Metroidvania about cleaning up the afterlife. You’ll take on the role of Pluto, a mischievous cat who has died, and is sentenced to be the afterworld’s janitor.

Constance will be seeing release on Switch, developer Bildundtonfabrik confirmed today. The project is slated for late 2025.

Constance is a hand-drawn Metroidvania game in which players take on the role of a paintbrush-wielding artist. The game involves the character striving to escape from a colorful but decaying inner-world, which was caused by her declining mental health.

Retroware intends to bring Iron Meat to Switch, the company announced today. The game will arrive on the console later in 2024.

Retroware is a run-and-gun shooter set in an apocalyptic future overrun by “The Meat,” an iron-ravenous mass mutating everything in its path. The game has retro-inspired stages to go through, bosses to battle with, support for couch co-op, and more.

Echo Generation, which first came out in 2021, is now heading to Switch as part of a Midnight Edition. It launches on June 19, 2024.

Echo Generation, a turn-based adventure game with a supernatural twist, will come with some new features for its Switch release. Expect visual upgrades, new camera controls, combat updates, fast travel, a quest log, and language support to a dozen languages.

Mega Cat Studios just announced Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit, the latest entry in the horror series, will be coming to Switch. There’s no release window at this time.

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Into the Pit is a 2D adventure game in which players are tasked with surviving five nights of terror. They’ll travel between time periods to solve puzzles, gather clues, and outrun a threat they’re being pursued by.

Final Knight is planned for release on Switch, publisher Gravity and developer 2oclocksoft confirmed today. It’s on track for a Q3 2024 launch.

Final Knight is described as a mix of arcade tactical RPG, party building, and monster hunting. Players will execute ambushes, taunts, and meteors in direct action.

Today, publisher Digital Eclipse and developer Crazy Viking Studios announced Volgarr the Viking II for Switch and other platforms. Look for it on August 6, 2024.

Volgarr the Viking II is a sequel to the side-scrolling platformer. It’ll include new power-ups, new forms of magic, new enemy types, and a new soundtrack.

Nightdive just revealed its latest remaster project, which is Killing Time: Resurrected. The game is now in development for Switch.

Killing Time, a horror-themed first-person shooter, originally debuted on the 3DO in 1995. The new version will include a toggleable high-resolution character artwork/sprites from the original 3DO and PC versions, smoother gameplay, more responsive controls, and more.
