A sequel to the Disney’s 2012 animated movie Wreck-It Ralph is in development, the company announced today. Wreck-It Ralph 2 will debut on March 9, 2018.

Rich Moore is back as director. John Reilly, who voiced Wreck-It Ralph in the original film, is also returning. Phil Johnston will be co-directing after co-writing the first movie.

The first Wreck-It Ralph featured plenty of video game cameos, including Bowser. Moore has previously spoken about wanting to have Mario in a potential sequel.

Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars has finally launched on the North American Wii U Virtual Console. Watch the official trailer below.

Hyrule Warriors and Hyrule Warriors Legends have both received new updates and DLC. On Wii U, version 1.10.0 is out now. 3DS is up to version 1.4.0.

The patch notes for Wii U say that adjustments were made to some of the characters while also fixing bugs. 3DS has increased the level cap, added medals and fairies, adjusted rupees earned through StreetPass Link, adjusted characters, and addressed bugs.

The newest DLC, Link’s Awakening Pack, is available on both of Nintendo’s platforms. This includes Marin, boots for Linkle, 16 new costumes, plus 16 new My Fairy costume pieces and an Adventure Mode map specifically on 3DS.

DigitalFoundry has returned with another technical analysis. Today, the outlet is taking a look at how Mighty No. 9 shapes up on Wii U. The results unfortunately aren’t pretty.

One of the biggest issues with Mighty No. 9 on Wii U is the frame rate. It’s uncapped, and due to dips, results in a very unstable experience. The action can apparently drop to as low as 12 frames per second.

Loading times can be another cause of frustration. It’s estimated that loading a new stage takes 20 seconds, with tedious waiting also needed after dying.

Freedom Planet has done very well for developer GalaxyTrail. Between the Wii U and Steam versions, the game has sold 250,000 copies.

Freedom Planet 2 was announced towards the end of last year. It’s due out sometime in 2017.
