The official Dragon Ball: Fusions website was updated today. It gives us a proper look at the boxart as well as the New 3DS bundle that was shown in tiny V Jump scans from a few days ago.

The New 3DS package will accompany Fusions’ Japanese launch on August 4. This will come with special cover plates, a copy of the title, and a code to download a 3DS theme. Additionally, it’ll contain a serial number to unlock Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku from the beginning (normally unlocked in the “third layer” of the game) and a battle card to use Gohanks EX in Dragon Ball Heroes, which are first-print bonuses for the standard release as well.

News from this month’s issue of V Jump has started to emerge. The magazine has an update on Dragon Ball: Fusions, and confirms that the title is coming out on August 4 in Japan. Fusions has not yet been announced for other territories.

V Jump also reveals a new fusion between Gohan and Trunks known as “Gohanks”. This is a collaboration of sorts between Fusions and another Dragon Ball game, Dragon Ball Heroes. There are two versions of Gohanks, and it’s possible to have both fusion versions in each game.

Here are the details:

– To have Dragon Ball Heroes Gohanks in Dragon Ball Fusions: when playing Heroes, a QR code to unlock him in Fusions will appear, so scan it in Fusions
– To have Dragon Ball Fusions Gohanks in Dragon Ball Heroes: the first print incentive for Fusions contains a code card that can be inputted in Dragon Ball Heroes

You can see the latest V Jump scans below. They’re unfortunately a bit hard to see, but they do show the Gohanks fusion and a look at the boxart and a New 3DS bundle.

We mentioned last week that V-Jump has another update on Dragon Ball: Fusions in its latest issue. Shonen Gamez has now translated the feature in full. Check out the complete scan above.

Bandai Namco updated the official Dragon Ball: Fusions website this week. It features a mix of old and new details as well as direct-feed screenshots.

First, here are the site images:

Dragon Ball: Fusions is a collection and raising-type RPG. Players can find characters from the Dragon Ball world, gather them, and go on adventures.

Fresh information about Dragon Ball: Project Fusion has appeared from this month’s issue of V Jump.

First up is the name of the fusion bracelet which allows anyone to merge: “Metamo Ring”. We also have a first look at Pandel, an EX-Fusion between Videl and Pan. Last but not least, by filling your “Maxi-Gauge” during battle, you can create a Maxi-Fusion that allows five characters to merge together.

Scans showing these new elements are in the gallery below.

Bandai Namco has gone live with the very first trailer for Dragon Ball: Fusions. You can give it a look below.

ShonenGames has managed to obtain the full scan of Dragon Ball: Project Fusion from this month’s V Jump. As it turns out, the game has a new, final name. It’ll be called “Dragon Ball: Fusions” from here on out.

We’ve already talked about three of the fusions that are possible: Pillin / Pirilin (Piccolo x Krillin), Gollin / Gorilin (kid Goku × Krilin), and Krigohan (Krillin x kid Gohan). Note that characters who fuse without the wristband, which doesn’t involve EX fusion, will gain the fusion costume that can be seen on Pillin.

Players will be able to make their own character in Dragon Ball: Fusions. It will be possible to choose between Human, Saiyan, Alien, Spirit Worldian, and Namekian races.

Finally, as far as the story is concerned, the player and Pinich make a wish to Shenron to create the strongest Budokai in the universe. In turn, the world of Dragon Ball is fused together to participate in the Jikuuichi Budokai.

You can see the fully translated Dragon Ball: Fusions scan above.
