Bulletstorm isn’t the only new game Gearbox Publishing is releasing on Switch today. Also available is Risk of Rain 2, which can be found on the eShop.

Here’s a brief overview, along with a trailer:

Earlier this year, Bulletstorm: Duke of Switch Edition was announced for Switch. Gearbox Publishing has just now released the game out of nowhere, despite not revealing the release date previously.

Here’s an overview from the eShop listing, along with some screenshots:

Risk of Rain 2 was previously thought to be coming to Switch after it was rated for the system in Europe. Thanks to an announcement during today’s Indie World Showcase, it’s finally been made official.

Here’s an overview for Risk of Rain 2 plus a couple of trailers:

Risk of Rain 2 may have a chance of coming to Switch. Earlier this week, the game was rated by the USK – Germany’s classification board. Ratings don’t always guarantee upcoming releases, but this could be a sign that Hopoo Games and Gearbox Publishing are considering Risk of Rain 2 for Nintendo’s platform.

Here’s an overview of Risk of Rain 2 plus a trailer:

The first-person shooter Bulletstorm is coming to Switch, Gearbox has announced. The news just dropped during the company’s panel at PAX East 2019.

People Can Fly originally developed Bulletstorm in 2011, where it was met with acclaim. Here’s some additional information about the title, along with a trailer:

Astroneer

If a new rating is anything to go by, Astroneer will be coming to Switch. The game was classified for Nintendo’s console in Brazil earlier this week.

Astroneer, a title that focuses on “aerospace industry and interplanetary exploration,” has been well-received since hitting Steam Early Access a couple of years ago. Here’s an overview and trailer for the game:

The Banner Saga Trilogy boxart

Last week, The Banner Saga Trilogy was announced for Switch. All three entries will be bundled together in a single package, including the upcoming Banner Saga 3.

Unfortunately, it’s starting to look like all titles won’t be offered on the same cartridge. The boxart has been posted on Amazon, revealing that an internet download is required. Often in these situations, it means that one (or more) of the games will be a digital download. We’ll let you know if and when we receive clarification.

The Banner Saga Trilogy launches this summer. Amazon has pre-orders here.

The Banner Saga 1 and 2 were previously added to the Switch eShop over the past couple of months. The Banner Saga 3 will follow on July 24.

Today, Gearbox announced that it has partnered with Versus Evil and Stoic to release The Banner Saga Trilogy on Switch. The package bundles all three entries in the series into a single package. It sounds like this will be a physical release, with pre-orders opening soon.

The Banner Saga Trilogy will be available sometime this summer.
