Fire Emblem Engage Etie

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are kicking off the week with its latest character introduction for Fire Emblem Engage, and we’ve now got a look (and some information) at Etie. Serenes Forest managed to provide a translation of what was shared on the official Japanese Twitter account.

Etie, who is voiced by Tomomi Mineuchi in the Japanese version, is a palace knight from the Kingdom of Firene. She’s a noble lady who exudes elegance and also has a positive and active personality. Her main hobby is body-building as that’s what she devotes all her time to.

Fire Emblem Engage Sigurd

The character introductions for Fire Emblem Engage have continued today, and this time around we have a few details about Sigurd. A little bit of footage has come in as well. Per usual, updates were posted on the official Japanese Twitter account.

Sigurd is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa in the Japanese version. As translated by Serenes Forest, he’s also known as the Emblem of the Holy War and is a quintessential knight who has inherited the blood of the Crusaders. Sigurd has high mobility, so characters who equip his ring can move further than usual. This also lets them move a bit after attacking, to do things like hiding in a thicket.

A new update for Fire Emblem Heroes has been announced, with the game’s 6.11.0 update set to arrive early next week.

The most notable additions are that the Legendary and Mythic Heroes Eliwood: Blazing Knight and Yune: Chaos Goddess will be receiving new skills to increase their viability. Additionally, you can expect the usual set of content additions, such as new Memento Events, an update to the lineup of Limited-Time Combat Manuals, new weapon skills and weapons to refine, some changes made to Summoner Duels and Aether Raids, and a couple of new characters being added to to the Heroic Grails summon pools.

The full patch notes for the update are as follows:

Players will find that every character is capable of using various weapons. Like in other Fire Emblem games, weapons can have advantages or disadvantages against each other so it’s important to choose advantageous weapons when attacking.
