Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force will be getting a physical release, NIS America has announced. Pre-orders will open through Limited Run Games’ website starting tomorrow.

Limited Run Games has opened pre-orders for the physical version of Duck Game. There will be standard copies per usual, but a collector’s edition is also being prepared after all.

Limited Run Games will offer a physical version of Duck Game, the company has announced. Pre-orders go live on September 13.

At this time, a collector’s edition does not appear to be happening. There is a confirmed two-week open pre-order window.

Duck Game is currently available on Switch as a digital download.

A few months ago, a physical version of Night in the Woods was announced for Switch by distributor Limited Run Games. That release, in addition to a current project from the developer of the original title, have been scrapped following abuse allegations against Alec Holowka.

Zoë Quinn came forward yesterday with a statement on Twitter, which you can read in full here. She wrote about the abuse from Holowka, who acted as a coder, composer, and co-designer on Night in the Woods.

As for Night in the Woods team, swift action has been taken. Alec will no longer be associated with the studio, in addition to the aforementioned moves affecting its other games and project.

Original: Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX will be seeing a physical release outside of Japan. Today, Limited Run Games revealed that it will offer physical copies through its website. Fans can begin placing orders on August 27 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET.

A physical version of Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX was previously confirmed for Japan and Asia. Since Inti Creates couldn’t handle distribution by itself overseas, it needed to work with an outside partner.


Turok fans are in for a treat today, as Limited Run Games has opened pre-orders for the physical versions of Turok and Turok II on Switch. Collectors editions are even up for grabs.

Limited Run Games has opened pre-orders for the physical version of Timespinner. Things are straightforward this time around, as there won’t be a collector’s edition and so only a single SKU is planned.

You can reserve Timespinner on Limited Run Games’ website here. Pre-orders close on August 16.

Limited Run Games has revealed its next physical release for Switch. In partnership with Chucklefish and Lunar Ray Games, fans will be able to purchase a copy of Timespinner.

Pre-orders for Timespinner open on August 2 at 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET.


Limited Run Games is having another Star Wars day, as more classic games from the series are getting re-released. The company is now taking pre-orders for Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back for Game Boy and NES as well as Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire for N64.
