The Outer Worlds will be adding new Peril on Gorgon DLC for Switch owners next week, Private Division and Obsidian Entertainment announced today. It’ll be out on February 10.

Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition has finally been updated on Switch. Version 2.58.0 addresses all known stability and performance issues, fixes ranged attacks and spells, and much more. Note that a microSD is required for the update as today’s update pushes the file size over the 29GB mark.

Earlier in the week, The Outer Worlds finally received a new update on Switch. The team was looking to improve performance while also implement visual enhancements.

The Outer Worlds’ new patch for Switch has a release date. Players can download the upcoming update on October 21, Private Division, Obsidian Entertainment, and Virtuos have announced.
The full patch notes haven’t been shared just yet. However, the game’s official Twitter account did put out a comparison showing how the visuals have been improved, which you can find below.

There’s finally a bit of news about the Switch version of The Outer Worlds. It’s now been confirmed that the awaited update is arriving “later this month” with “quality of life improvements”. More details, including the patch notes, will follow soon.
The Outer Worlds launched on Switch this past June. After release, many players were left unsatisfied with the game’s performance, as the consensus was that the frame rate and resolution were subpar. This month’s update will hopefully implement some technical upgrades.

Private Division and Obsidian Entertainment have shared a new trailer for the new Peril on Gorgon DLC for The Outer Worlds. We’ve attached the video below.
Peril on Gorgon should be made available on Switch at some point based on what Obsidian has previously said, but there’s no word on a release date just yet.

Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition has been out on Switch for close to a year, but the game is still receiving updates. Versus Evil says another upcoming patch “will resolve the outstanding reports of bugs players have encountered and should bring the Switch port to parity with the original PC version.” The team has addressed stability issues, ranged attacks and spells, a few performance issues, and corrupted VFX of Chanter class spells.
