Nintendo shared new data today revealing the top 20 best-selling games on the Japanese Switch eShop for June 2024.

A familiar face is back at the top spot in the form of Suika Game, which may have seen a boost due to its recent DLC. As far as new games go, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD appears at #6. Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Monster Hunter Stories also make the list.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending June 29, 2024 is now available.

In its first week, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD reached the very top. Reports indicate that the title is the second fastest-selling Switch game of 2024, behind Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. While not a massive launch, this is ultimately more of a port and Luigi’s Mansion entries have a longer tail.

Melty Blood: Type Lumina sales June 2024

Project Lumina provided a sales update on Melty Blood: Type Lumina today, revealing that total shipments and digital sales have surpassed 500,000 copies. That’s based on worldwide data across all platforms. News about the milestone was posted on social media.

The last count for Melty Blood: Type Lumina was 400,000 in March 2023. In a little over a year, 100,000 copies were added to that total.

After coming out on top, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance slips to #28. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is currently the highest Switch exclusive at #4.

Europe best selling games May 2024

GSD data provides a look at the best-selling games across Europe in May 2024. It’s based on data for all physical game releases in major markets plus digital game sales from most major publishers.

A big release for the month was Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, which lands at #5. If Nintendo shared digital data, there’s a chance it could have charted higher.

GamesIndustry offers up a couple of comparison points. Sales are 8 percent lower compared with the opening two weeks of the Super Mario RPG remake. They were also down 8.5 percent compared to Paper Mario: The Origami King.

We have a sales update on Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and the release is confirmed to have sold over 20 million copies. The sales tidbit was just posted on social media.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy offers remakes of the series’ first three games. Activision originally published it in 2017, but it wouldn’t arrive on Switch until the following year.
