Japan’s best-selling games on the Switch eShop for the first half of 2023

Nintendo published a new list today that reveals the best-selling games on the Japanese Switch eShop for the first half of 2023.
What came on top? That’d be The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, of course. Despite coming out in the middle of May, it took the top spot.
There are a few other games worth mentioning. Fire Emblem Engage did well, coming in right behind Zelda. Both volumes of the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection also placed in the top ten.

UK sales for June 2023

Thanks to GamesIndustry, we have new insight into the UK gaming market for June 2023.
For the second consecutive month, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was the best-selling physical game. However, it placed #6 overall. Nintendo does not share digital data, so it could have landed higher.

The latest UK software sales chart for the week ending July 8, 2023 is now available.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. is still at #1. That’s despite a 20 percent decrease in sales week-over-week.

The latest UK software sales chart has been released for the week ending July 1, 2023.
AEW: Fight Forever was one of the new releases and did mange to enter the top three. Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is also in the top ten. After dropping a spot last week, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is back at #1.
