When publications have asked David Cox about the possibility of bringing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 to Wii U, he’s replied by saying that his team has no plans for Wii U.

Speaking with ONM, however, Cox sounded slightly more open to the idea. Although Cox wouldn’t confirm his new game for Wii U, he did say that it “would be cool” to see on the console.

Cox stated:

“At the moment there are no plans for a Wii U version. But never say never. It’d be cool, wouldn’t it?”

Anyone out there hoping that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will eventually wind up on Wii U?
