Included Pokéwalker Accessory Brings Pokémon Training into the Real World
REDMOND, Wash., March 15, 2010 – From the earliest days of Nintendo’s portable Game Boy™ system, Pokémon™ games have made their mark. Now Nintendo has released completely updated versions of two classic Pokémon games, available now for the Nintendo DS™ family of systems. The new Pokémon HeartGold Version and Pokémon SoulSilver Version games take place in the beloved Johto region first introduced in the Pokémon Gold Version and Pokémon Silver Version games 10 years ago. The new games have evolved to include updated graphics and sound as well as intuitive new controls that use the Nintendo DS touch screen.
The new games come with a Pokéwalker™ accessory, a small device that lets players bring their favorite Pokémon with them wherever they go. Players can transfer a Pokémon to the Pokéwalker and then simply walk around in real life. By walking, players earn Watts that can be used to encounter and catch wild Pokémon or search for hidden items. The Pokémon in the Pokéwalker will gain Experience Points as the player walks, and can even go up one level when they are transferred back into the game. Players also can wirelessly connect two Pokéwalkers to receive a gift.

Other fresh releases challenge you to excel as a sharpshooter, a prehistoric beast or a criminal mastermind. Whichever setting you choose, just be prepared to step up and show your stuff.
Time capsule – Banjo-Kazooie

Back in February, I spent a whole weekend holed up in my room, door blockaded, headphones on, only coming out to eat and pee, and all because of one thing: I was playing Banjo-Kazooie, and I’d be damned if I wasn’t going to beat that thing once and for all.

Level-5 to announce new title next month
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News | 1 Comment
This information comes from Akihiro Hino’s official Twitter (Level-5 CEO)…
“Once this [game] is announced, it will become an extremely anticipated title.”
Hmm…Sounds like Hino is hyping up this title quite a bit! We won’t know what this title is and what platform(s) it’s for until the game is officially announced, though. Hopefully it’ll end up on the Wii and/or DS.
