Metal Suits Counter-Attack release date

The release date for Metal Suits: Counter-Attack is now in. It’ll be launching for Nintendo Switch on February 13, 2025, Eggtart revealed today.

Metal Suits: Counter-Attack, a side-scrolling run-and-gun action game, was announced last June. While it was targeting a Q4 2024 debut, it missed that window.

Nintendo Super Mario supermarket

Nintendo typically comes out on top regarding legal battles, but the company was recently unsuccessful in a dispute involving a supermarket with the Super Mario name.

A man named Don Mario has been running the shop in San Ramón, Costa Rica for decades. Recently though, his son Charlito attempted to renew the trademark that was already registered. That’s when Nintendo stepped in, claiming that it owns the Super Mario rights. It’s true that it belongs to Nintendo in many different areas, but supermarkets are an exception. 


Turbo Overkill surprise release

Turbo Overkill, the hyper-fast-paced cyberpunk boomer shooter, has just landed on consoles. Publisher Apogee Entertainment and developer Trigger Happy Interactive put it out digitally on Nintendo Switch with no prior release date announcement.

Turbo Overkill was announced for Nintendo Switch way back in 2021. All of these years later, fans can now finally pick the game up.

Folly of the Wizards

Numskull Games, in partnership with UpFox Labs, today announced Folly of the Wizards for Nintendo Switch. A release is planned for 2025.

Folly of the Wizards is a spellbinding roguelike action game. You’ll play as a clumsy wizard apprentice who’s looking to save the world from chaos.

The Rabbit Haul

Caldera Interactive shared the news today that it’s bringing The Rabbit Haul to Nintendo Switch. Look for the game in 2026.

The Rabbit Haul features a mix of farming sim and tower defense gameplay. After taking care of your garden during the day, you’ll need to defend it from raccoons at night.

Hello Games just pulled back the curtain on the next massive update for No Man’s Sky, dubbed “Worlds Part 2”. It should be available on Nintendo Switch soon.

Also known as version 5.50, the update features new stars, new story, and new classes of planet including gas giants, water worlds, and ruined civilizations. That’s along with new terrain shapes and biomes plus new creatures on planets. The engine has also received enhancements with a total overhaul of lighting systems, improved water rendering, faster loading times, and more.

Town of Salem 2 is heading to Nintendo Switch. it’s been announced. The game launches on the system later in 2025.

The Town of Salem series, which offers social deducation gameplay, will now be appearing on consoles for the first time.

The Town of Nie Iromusubi

Dramatic Create and Zombilica are working on a worldwide launch for The Town of Nie: Iromusubi, the two sides confirmed today. The title is slated for May 22, 2025.

The Town of Nie: Iromusubi is a visual novel at its core. Players will make choices and the actions of the main character to advance the story.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble Among Us DLC

SEGA is continuing its support of Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble with brand new Among Us DLC.

With the DLC, players can get their hands on Crewmate as a new playable character. Bananas will turn into pizza slices across the various stages and modes. Note that this is paid DLC, which is priced at $4.99.

Pokemon Scarlet Violet Tera Raid Milcery

Yet another Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet Tera Raid Battle has been revealed, and the latest one puts the spotlight on Milcery.

This one appears to be tying in with Valentine’s Day. During the event, players will be able to earn various items such as sweets, which are used to evolve Milcery. Note that the creature will be popping up in 5 Star Raids.
