Nintendo kicks off 2024 Switch eShop Indie Sale

Nintendo rounded up a bunch of indies as part of a new 2024 Switch eShop sale. You’ve got big hitters here such as Hollow Knight, Hades, Among Us, Sea of Stars, and Cuphead with its DLC. Other titles such as Bugsnax are at their lowest prices ever.

Braid: Anniversary Edition delayed to May

Braid: Anniversary Edition is seeing a delay, but only a short one at that. Thekla is moving it to May 14, 2024.
Braid: Anniversary Edition was confirmed for Switch in 2020. Most recently, it was slated for April 29.

9 R.I.P getting English release on Switch in the west

Idea Factory is localizing 9 R.I.P for English release in the west, the company just confirmed. It’s scheduled to arrive in 2024.
9 R.I.P is a supernatural otome visual novel. It did come to Switch last June, but only in Japan.

One-button rhythm game A Dance of Fire and Ice coming to Switch

Sagres sees shadowdrop on Switch today

Not long after it was confirmed for Sagres, the game has already been made available. It was a shadowdrop as part of the Japanese Indie World Showcase.
Sagres was just announced for Switch at the end of March. We had no word on release timing until today.

Co-op platformer Bread & Fred confirmed for Switch

Apogee Entertainment and SandCastles Studio are putting Bread & Fred on Switch, the two sides announced today. It’s planned to launch on May 23, 2024.

Duck Detective: The Secret Salami will be made available on Switch, Happy Broccoli Games has announced. It’s planned to arrive on May 23, 2024.

SCHiM release date set for July

After it was announced a couple of years ago, SCHiM now has a release date. It’s been confirmed that the title launches on July 18, 2024.
SCHiM, a platformer “about jumping from shadow to shadow in a challenging and lively environment”, was first revealed in June 2022. No release window was given at the time.

BZZZT planned for Switch
