The sci-fi survival sim Tin Can is in the works for Switch, publisher Klabater and developer Tin Can Studio have announced. A release window was not provided.

Kloa: Child of the Forest

Crytivo and Wildpad Games previously ended up hosting a Kickstarter campaign for for Kloa: Child of the Forest, and it ended up doing very well. €83,511 was raised – more than double the funding goal. There was also a €55,000 stretch goal that was reached, and because of that, we’ll be seeing it on Switch.

Super Bomberman R 2 release date

Original (4/9): Konami has come through with a final release date for Super Bomberman R 2. According to a Japanese eShop listing, the title will launch on September 14, 2023.

Super Bomberman R 2 was previously announced for Switch last summer. Konami provided a general 2023 launch window at the time.

Museum largest playable Donkey Kong arcade game

The Strong National Museum of Play today announced plans to create the world’s largest playable Donkey Kong arcade game.

Coming in at nearly 20-feet tall, it will be a prominent feature in The Strong’s 90,000 square-foot-expansion. Nintendo of America is said to be providing input on the project.


Mario movie Chris Pratt voice rejected

Chris Pratt has provided more insight into coming up with his voice for Mario in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which took some time to get right.

Pratt told Variety that initially, he was told that his performance was “a little New Jersey” and he was “doing a Tony Soprano thing.” He said:

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom art book leaker identity

A couple of months ago, a massive leak surfaced for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that essentially revealed everything from the game’s art book. It was a surprise for a few reasons. For one thing, the leak happened several months before the official launch. We also don’t typically see leaks of that scale for Nintendo products.

Nintendo understandably wasn’t happy with the situation, and is now looking to track down the original leaker. TorrentFreak reports that the company “has homed in on a specific Discord user and is now trying to obtain their identity.”

SENSEs: Midnight

Today, publisher Eastasiasoft and developer SUZAKU Games confirmed they’ll release SENSEs: Midnight on Switch. Look for it this June.

SENSEs: Midnight is a 3D survival game and first in an anthology of sequels to Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story. Further details can be found in the following overview:
