Chasing Aurora developer Broken Rules has announced Secrets of Raetikon (stylized SECRETS OF RÆTIKON), a new aerial exploration game set in the Alps. The team has been working on the project since early 2011.

Players will fly through a variety of environments including hills, forests, snowy mountain tops, and even lightning storms. They’ll also come across wild animals – who interact with the user and each other – as well as remnants of an ancient civilization. You can choose to engage in combat or simply explore and solve mysteries.

Platforms are TBA at this time, but the Wii U eShop has a pretty good chance of getting the game. A release is planned for 2013.

Spin the Bottle won’t be out this month as originally expected. The game’s delay may not be too long, though. Developer KnapNok hopes to have it ready by mid-August.

As far as the actual delay is concerned, while the game has been finished “for months”, Nintendo’s final quality assurance “has taken way longer than anticipated.” Due to Spin the Bottle’s unconventional nature and gameplay, more checks are needed.

A “Game of the Year Edition” listing for Injustice: Gods Among Us has popped up on Amazon France. It has since been removed, but originally mentioned the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, and PlayStation Vita as intended platforms for release.

One would think that the package would include all of Injustice’s DLC. Keep in mind, however, that no official announcement has been made at this time.

A Tokyo court ruled today that two Japanese distributors must pay a total of $944,921 in damages to those who joined the lawsuit, which also includes Konami, Capcom, Square Enix, Level-5, and Namco Bandai. There’s only one review score in this week’s Famitsu, but it’s a doozy. The magazine handed out the first verdict for Pikmin 3, awarding it three 9’s and a 10. That comes in for a total of 37 points out of a possible 40.
