Maybe these trademarks are for some Guild03 games
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS eShop, News | 0 comments
Level-5 registered three new trademarks that may hint at a third round of Guild03 games. “Wonderflick”, “Retro Drop Adventurer Note”, and “Earth Devastating B-rank Girlfriend” were all picked up in Japan.
The Guild titles tend to have unusual names. You could say the same about these three trademarks as well. So perhaps we’ll be seeing even more Guild releases? Level-5 does seem to be interested in continuing the franchise.

The Super Mario Bros. movie was not very good. Actually, that’s putting it lightly. It was horrible.
But if you do happen to live by the Los Angeles area and like seeing underwhelming films, then you may want to check out a new screening of the Super Mario Bros. movie on May 24. The flick will be shown once more as it reaches its 20th anniversary.
Screenwriter Parker Bennet and production designer David L. Snyder will both be in attendance. After the screening, the two will be fielding questions from fans. Surprises are also planned for moviegoers.
You can find more details about the event through the official Facebook page here.
Rex Rocket dev could bring Zelda-like game Blossom Tales to Wii U/3DS

Rob Maher, the developer behind Rex Rocket, could bring an additional game to the Wii U eShop – or perhaps even the 3DS eShop.
Maher told Nintendo Life that the team has interest in releasing the Zelda-inspired title “Blossom Tales” on one of the two platforms.
Of the game, he said:
“Depending on the success of Rex Rocket, we have big plans to bring a previous title that I had been working on called Blossom Tales, a Zelda-like game that I think stems from my inner kid and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past being one of the unobtainable games of my youth. Set in the world of Blossom, the game follows a young and newly initiated Knight of the Rose, Lily. After King Orchid is double-crossed and cursed to sleep by the Wizard Crocus, it’s up to Lily to find ingredients to concoct a potion that will restore the King. We are hoping to pave the way with Rex Rocket onto Nintendo and follow it up with Blossom Tales — depending on the success of Rex Rocket, we may develop a sequel first. Nintendo is the primary goal for us, 100%.”

CVG writer says “there are some really special things lined up for Wii U”

Following up on his article published on CVG earlier today, Rob Crossley added on Twitter a short while ago that “there are some really special things lined up for Wii U.” Christmas will be an “interesting” time for the console, Crossley says.
But genuinely, there are some really special things lined up for Wii U. Really interesting Xmas for all

What we’re referring to, of course, is CVG’s report that Mario’s new 3D adventure for Wii U will be available by October. The site also claims that Nintendo is getting ready to promote its console through a big and global marketing campaign.
