Wii U error won’t let Japanese users access eShop, firmware update, DQX beta
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii U | 0 comments
Some Wii U owners in Japan are having issues launching the eShop and are also unable to apply the latest firmware update. Instead, they’re receiving error code “105-3102”. This also means that it’s impossible to start up Dragon Quest X’s new Wii U beta at the moment.
The issues are caused a program inside the console, Nintendo says, which will soon receive a patch. Users can expect an update sometime this weekend.

Namco Bandai has announced an interesting new title for the 3DS. “Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life” is heading to Nintendo’s portable in Japan, and it seems like it could be a fairly big deal.
Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life lets players use their Mii characters to meet Disney characters. Over 80 characters and more than 1,000 items are featured in the game.

Nintendo must view Disney Magic Castle My Happy Life as a pretty significant title, as it has approved a uniquely-designed 3DS XL system. A limited edition release containing the hardware will be priced at 24,830 yen while the standalone game will cost 5,490 yen.

NISA publishing Etrian Odyssey IV in Australia, probably Europe as well
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Atlus handled publishing duties for Etrian Odyssey IV in North America, but won’t be responsible for the game in Australia. Instead, NIS America (don’t let the name fool you!) will distribute the 3DS title throughout the continent. That’s according to a rating on the OFLC.
NIS America tends to publish Atlus-related releases in PAL territories. For instance, the company brought Persona 4: Golden to Europe. The OFLC listing probably means that NIS America will release Etrian Odyssey IV in both Australia and Europe.

OFLC rates Crystal Warriors
Posted on 11 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, News | 0 comments
Tales Adventure isn’t the only Game Gear game recently rated by the ESRB. We’ve detected a rating for Crystal Warriors as well.
The rating is likely signaling an overseas release for the classic title on the 3DS. Japan already received the game on the eShop last month.
