You may remember that XGen Studios last released a game on WiiWare – Defend Your Castle – when the service made its debut back in 2008. But over the next few months, the company will be bringing two additional titles to the Wii Shop Channel.

First, XGen Studios is teaming up with Amanita Design to bring Machinarium to WiiWare. The puzzle-adventure game was originally released for the PC, and was met with a warm reception. Super Motherload is also in the works for Nintendo’s downloadable service, and will feature drop-in, drop-out co-op, which supports up to four players.

That’s all the information we have at the moment for both games, though we’ll most likely receive more details in the near future. In the meantime, you can check out a PC trailer for Machinarium below.

WiiWare

My Aquarium 2 (500pts, Hudson)
Racers’ Islands: Crazy Racers (1200pts, Zallag)
Physio Fun Balance Training (2000pts, Kaasa Solution)
