Batterystaple Games has introduced a new permadeath-free game type called Mega Mode for 30XX, its action platformer followup to 20XX.

MO:Astray

MO:Astray, a side-scrolling action-platformer, arrives on Switch today. We have an official launch trailer for the game below.

Digerati and Samurai Games have announced Rangok Skies, a vertically scrolling arcade shooter. It will launch on Switch in Q4 2020/Q1 2021.

Chronos: Before the Ashes

Following yesterday’s announcement, THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games have shared a proper update on Chronos: Before the Ashes.

As expected, Chronos: Before the Ashes is based on the former VR-exclusive Chronos. The game, which acts as a prequel story of Remnant: From the Ashes, “has been overhauled and optimized to work on all platforms without the need for VR support.”

Cyber Hook

Graffiti Games and Blazing Stick today unveiled a new Marathon Mode for Cyber Hook, an upcoming 3D platformer for Switch. The feature “allows players to run through a bevy of levels in a row without having the time ever stop.”

Othercide

Othercide is out on Switch today, and we have a new trailer to celebrate. Find a video showcasing the tactical RPG from Focus Home Interactive and Lightbulb Crew below.

During its latest live stream today, Hamster revealed another upcoming game for the Arcade Archives series on Switch.

Touki Denshou Angel Eyes is now confirmed. The fighting game was developed by Tecmo, and originally released in 1996.

Another Tecmo game is on the way as well, though it’s exact identity is being kept a secret for now. Based on what was shown on stream, it could be Swimmer or Guzzler.
