Arcade Archives Mystic Warriors releasing on Switch this week

Mystic Warriors is the latest Arcade Archives games for Switch, with Hamster announcing it for worldwide release this week. It will be available on December 21, 2023.
Mystic Warriors was originally made by Konami. It mainly released in 1993, though some Japanese arcades may have received it at the end of 1992.

F-Zero 99 update out now (version 1.1.5), patch notes

F-Zero 99 just got a new version 1.1.5 update, which includes a couple of new elements for players.
First up is the Frozen Knight League, which will be available for a limited time and features falling snow. Nintendo has also included unlockable Boost colors for the event to be used for machine customization as well as backdrops, badges and borders to be used for Pilot Card customization.

Sulfur, modern old-school action adventure game, in the works for Switch

Perfect Random’s new game Sulfur will be made available on Switch, the studio has confirmed. Currently it’s targeting a 2024 release.
Sulfur is a modern old-school action adventure game in which players will look to outsmart enemies, find treasure, improve weapons, and harness powers. More information is included in the following overview:

Precision platformer Jubilee on the way to Switch

Red Art Games today announced that it’s teaming up with Finalbossblues on console versions of Jubilee, and Switch is included in the company’s plans. The title is slated for February 9, 2024.
Jubilee is a 2D precision platformer with an open map layout with multiple routes. The game has players collecting gems and saving animals.

The Cub release date set for January, new trailer

We now have a release date for The Cub, an upcoming 2D platformer for Switch. It will be available on January 19, 2024.
The Cub, coming from Untold Tales and Demagog Studio, was first announced in March 2022. A release window was not provided at the time.

Santa Ragione today announced that it’s working on console versions of Mediterranea Inferno, and a Switch version is in development. The company has also passed along a release date of March 5, 2024.
Mediterranea Inferno, which comes from the team behind games such as Saturnalia and Wheels of Aurelia, is a visual novel about friendship, desire, and grief. Further details are available in the following overview:
