Listings on the eShop reveal some (or all…?) of the digital content slated to be released next Thursday. Here’s a look at what’s on the way:

Retro City Rampage DX is out of the question for Wii U. However, that doesn’t mean Vblank Entertainment isn’t interested in Nintendo’s console.

Vblank confirmed on Twitter that the company has had a dev kit since 2012. Additionally, the developer “will definitely consider bringing future games to the platform”.

99Moves is due out on the North American Wii U eShop next week, EnjoyUp Games has confirmed. Expect the game out on December 18. 99Moves should be arriving in Europe on the same day.

Update: The page has been pulled and Mega Man Zero isn’t on the eShop, so it looks like today isn’t the day after all. Maybe next week?


It isn’t mentioned anywhere in Nintendo’s newest digital download report, but Mega Man Zero is apparently releasing on the North American Wii U Virtual Console today. Nintendo’s website has the game listed for launch on December 11 with a $7.99 price point. Once the eShop updates, we should be able to confirm this.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Photo Challenge

Join the fans in the Super Smash Bros. community on Miiverse by posting a snapshot from the game based on the theme “Eat!” After the challenge ends on Dec. 16, Mr. Sakurai and the game’s developers will select and announce a handful of their favorite images.
