Namco Bandai is working on a game based on the upcoming animated TV series “Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures”. It’s coming to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and 3DS this fall.

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures is far from the classic Pac-Man experience. You’ll still be eating ghosts and food, but Ghostly Adventures’ debut trailer features a mix of action and platforming. Pac-Man is also shown eating a power pelat to gain new abilities.

You can find the official announcement below.

This week’s GameStop ad has gone live. Assassin’s Creed III will be available for $29.99 while ZombiU is being slashed to $39.99 starting on Wednesday… and that’s pretty much it.

The full lineup of deals can be found in the circular below:

Ubisoft says it is working on a ZombiU prototype. That’s according to creative director Jean-Philippe Caro, who contributed to the original Wii U game.

Caro tweeted over the weekend:

While a prototype may be in the works, it doesn’t necessarily guarantee a sequel. Prototypes can come and go, but unless the higher-ups at Ubisoft give the green light, it won’t enter development.

D3Publisher has officially announced three new video games: “Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW!”, “Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby In 8-Bit Land”, and “Ben 10 Omniverse 2”. The latter two titles had been leaked through GameFly listings yesterday.

Like last year’s Adventure Time release, “Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon Because I DON’T KNOW!” is once again being made by WayForward, and creator Pendleton Ward is on board. The game is set for release this fall on the Wii U, 3DS, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

D3Publishers shared the following details in its announcement today:

D3Publisher will be distributing a new title based on the Cartoon Network animated series Regular Show, GameFly has hinted. The retailer lists “Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-bit Land” for release on the 3DS later this year.

GameFly doesn’t include many details on its product page. As mentioned above, D3P is listed as published. GameFly also says that the game will launch on October 29.

In other news that some folks may (or may not) care about, GameFly lists Ben 10 Omniverse 2 for the Wii U and 3DS. The game hasn’t been announced yet, but GameFly lists a November 5 release date.
