Around one more week until this game hits the North American eShop. It should be worth the wait!

… And here’s a look at a lenticular card sent out to the press:

We’ll be hearing about Disney Infinity next month.

There’s one lone score in this week’s issue of Famitsu. Level-5’s Fantasy Live earned three nines and an eight. The game received a total of thirty-five points out of forty.

Project X Zone seems like one of those games that would be more difficult to localize compared to other Japan-only titles. It’s arguably very niche, and features a ton of different IPs – which could make it difficult to bring to North America and Europe.

Having said that, Namco Bandai is aware of Project X Zone fan interest overseas. Community strategist Rich Bantegui had the following exchange with a fan, noting that he’s “blown away by the amount of interest in the title.”

Last we heard, Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada said he was pushing hard for localization. If that’s still the case and the fans remain interesting, maybe Project X Zone will head to North America and/or Europe one day.

Disney Interactive will be showing off its answer to Activision’s Skylanders franchise, “Disney Infinite”, next month. Chief creative officer of Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios John Lasseter and Disney Interactive co-president John Pleasants will be on hand to unveil the title.

The press will get a first-hands look at Disney Infinity during an event on January 15.

An October article from the New York Times outlined Disney Infinity as a “console game with extensive mobile and online applications in which various Pixar and Disney characters will interact with one another for the first time.”
