“Without going into the whether or not it is physically possible to use the device throughout your house, the device is designed for you to have your Wii U controller and television in the same room. They are designed to interact with one another.”

Classic character cements his place as a gaming legend by starring in his own TV channel available exclusively on Wii
Fresh from the recent release of the critically acclaimed Kirby’s Epic Yarn, the cute and adorable Kirby is returning to Wii on 23rd June 2011, as part of his own dedicated TV Channel. The Kirby TV Channel will be available across much of Europe as a completely free download and will feature TV shows staring Kirby, the legendary Star Warrior, as he battles King Dedede in Dream Land.
The channel will allow you to view over 50 Kirby episodes that will be updated twice a week over a six month period. Fans of Kirby will be able to check the programming schedule just like a real TV channel and choose from four streaming episodes at a time.
Dragon Quest X has been in development for Wii for many years. However, with Wii U on the horizon, it’s possible that the title will be released for Nintendo’s upcoming console as well.
Speaking at a shareholder’s meeting, Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada said that the company has to consider releasing the project for both platforms. This was in response to a question about whether it makes sense to launch Dragon Quest X for Wii when the system has passed its prime. Currently Square Enix is looking into the Wii U hardware from a technical standpoint and is evaluating how to support the console.
Regarding Dragon Quest Anniversary Collection, Wada was pressed on if he expects the title to perform well on the market given the fact that the package primarily consists of ports. Wada said that the titles are being left as is to honor the series’ 25th anniversary.
