We’ve already reported on the new overview trailer for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, as well as a few Japanese commercials for the two versions of remade Sinnoh adventure, but as of today, the new trailer is now available on Nintendo of America’s YouTube channel for everyone to view in its entirely in English.

Nintendo has shared details on a day one update planned for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl, which will put the games at version 1.1.0.
This patch is very significant, as it makes certain features and content accessible. This includes access to Grand Underground, Super Contest Show, Union Room, and Mystery Gift. Other additions are also included.

The remakes of the fourth Pokemon generation are finally arriving on Switch next week – specifically November 19 – with Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. However, they are not exactly what we expected. The Pokemon Company opted for a different approach this time with a faithful remake that’s really close to the original titles on DS, with a small number of quality of life improvements.
The announcement of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl initially saw a mixed reception by fans – myself included. After watching some of the trailers over the past few months, I feel as though the general opinion is gaining a bit more positivity, though people are still cautiously hyped.
