Northgard will be sold physically on Switch

A few days ago, the acclaimed Viking strategy game Northgard was announced for Switch. We now have confirmation that it will be sold physically.
Northgard is expected to arrive at retail at the end of September. Of course, the game will also be sold on the Switch eShop.

Dead Cells – “Action Game of the Year” physical edition to release in August

Later this summer, a new boxed version of Dead Cells will be available. Motion Twin and Merge Games are planning an “Action Game of the Year” physical edition, which includes an exclusive keyring, new art book, and reversible cover.
The new physical version of Dead Cells launches on August 20 in North America. Europe will have it on August 23.

Point and click hacking adventure Mainlining coming to Switch

Mainlining, a point and click hacking adventure developed by Rebelephant, is coming to Switch. Merge Games will be publishing the title on the eShop in the near future.
New to the Switch version is touchscreen support. You’ll also be able to use the keyboard input system while cracking cases on the go.

Buildings Have Feelings Too! getting a physical release

Sparklite isn’t the only new Switch game confirmed to be receiving a physical release today. The city management game Buildings Have Feelings Too! will be getting the same treatment, Merge Games has announced. A standard version and Signature Edition are both planned.
Buildings Have Feelings Too! is scheduled for late summer. When we have a specific release date, we’ll pass it along to you.
Sparklite getting a physical release

Sparklite was previously confirmed for the Switch eShop, but now it’s confirmed for physical release as well. Since Merge Games is publishing, that means there will also be a special Signature Edition with extra goodies.
Sparklite is an action-adventure title from Red Blue Games. Though we don’t have a release date as of now, it’s expected sometime this fall.

Solo: Islands of the Heart coming to Switch

Merge Games has announced that it is bringing the “introspective puzzler” Solo: Islands of the Heart to Switch. The game was originally developed by Team Gotham, a team from Madrid.

Vaporum will be sold physically on Switch

Merge Games has announced that Vaporum will be getting the physical treatment. In fact, a special Signature Edition will be offered the fans.
The Vaporum Signature Edition will go above and beyond with extras. The package includes the game, an art book, 2x enamel pins on backing card, a single-disc soundtrack in digipak, and serialized certificate with digital signatures.
Pre-orders are not yet live, but when they are, you’ll be able to reserve the Vaporum Signature Edition here.
