As we ring in a new month, My Nintendo has updated with a number of discounts. Members can save on the likes of Metroid Fusion, Star Fox games, and more.

The full lineup is as follows:

Platinum Points

– 30% discount on Metroid Fusion – 140 Platinum Points
– 20% discount on Nintendo Selects: Star Fox 64 3D – 250 Gold Points

Gold Points

– 50% discount on Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones – 25 Gold Points
– 50% discount on Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon – 40 Gold Points
– 30% discount on Star Fox Guard – 35 Gold Points
– 40% discount on Star Fox 64 – 30 Gold Points
– 50% discount on Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training: How Old is Your Brain? – 25 Gold Points

A new 3DS themes can now be redeemed on My Nintendo in North America. For 20 Gold Points, the Metroid: Samus Returns – Samus Aran theme can be yours.

The reward is up on My Nintendo here. It’ll be available until October 22.

In celebration of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle’s launch, My Nintendo has added a new reward in North America. You can get your hands on a wallpaper compatible with PCs, smartphones, and tablets. It costs 500 Platinum Points.

You can order the reward with your points here. It will be on My Nintendo through the end of January 2018.

Yesterday, My Nintendo added in three new Pokemon discounts in North America. Aside from that, you can obtain a Pokken Tournament DX-related item as well.

My Nintendo is now offering a Pokken Tournament DX September calendar. You can nab it here for 50 Platinum Points.  The wallpaper can be downloaded in eleven different resolutions for PC, smartphones, and tablets. 

My Nintendo has been updated to include three Pokémon rewards in North America:

30% discount on PokéPark Wii: Pikachu’s Adventure (Wii U) – 400 Platinum Points
30% discount on Pokémon Puzzle Challenge (Nintendo 3DS) – 20 Gold Points
30% discount on Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire (Wii U) – 20 Gold Points

All rewards can be found on My Nintendo.

Much like what Nintendo does with E3, a My Nintendo mission has been added for European users in celebration of Gamescom. You can nab 20 Platinum Points rather easily.

If you head on over here, you only need to find Cappy. Do that and the points will be yours.

Update (8/17): Another reward has been added. The Wonderful 101 can be had for 30 percent off in exchange for 70 Gold Points.


Original (8/16): My Nintendo has added in a few new rewards. One is related to Smash Bros., two are for Tank Troopers, and the final one is for Flip Wars.

As for Smash Bros., Nintendo has added in the Smash Controller app for 3DS. It’s basically what allows you to use the handheld as a controller for Smash Bros. Wii U. It costs 10 Gold Points.

Europe’s My Nintendo website has just added three discounts for certain Pokemon games on the Wii U.

First off there is a 30% discount for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team on the Wii U’s Virtual Console that will cost you 200 Platinum Coins. This discount also applies to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team as well. Finally, there is a 35% discount for Pokemon Rumble U on the Wii U eShop that cost 350 Platinum Coins to download.

You can get these discounts here, which will be on available on Europe’s My Nintendo until November 1st.

Nintendo surprised us this week by announcing the Nintendo World Championships 2017. After a two-year hiatus, the big tournament is returning. At least it’s better than the 25-year wait between the 1990 and 2015 editions, right?

You can access the official Nintendo World Championships website here. The page provides a look at the special pin that will be offered to My Nintendo members.

By using your My Nintendo code at the qualifiers held at select Best Buy stores, you can receive 100 Platinum Points. Also, the first 200 people to check in each day will receive the pin.


Update: Bumped to the top. Another set of rewards have just been added in, including discounts for Star Fox 64 3D, Pandora’s Tower, EarthBound Beginnings, and more.


My Nintendo has been updated once again in North America with the latest round of rewards. Kirby and more are represented in today’s update.

For Kirby, Nintendo has added in a Kirby: Right Back At Ya! video and theme for 3DS along with a wallpaper. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has also received wallpapers, and a couple of Miitomo rewards are available.
