Switch Online Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, Mystery Tower, Harvest Moon, Blaster Master Enemy Below

Nintendo Switch Online has just added four more classic games, with the service making Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble, Mystery Tower, Harvest Moon, and Blaster Master: Enemy Below available. They’re all out now.

Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble and Blaster Master: Enemy Below represent the Game Boy. Harvest Moon is the lone new SNES game. Finally, Mystery Tower was originally released on the NES.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury Switch Online icons

Original (4/6): The Nintendo Switch Online app just started up a new round of user icons for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. Five waves are planned in total, with the lineup rotating out every Thursday. It should all wrap up on May 11.

Icons can be redeemed for characters, backgrounds, and frames. For characters, they cost 10 Platinum Points which can be earned through My Nintendo. Backgrounds and frames are priced at 5 Platinum Points each.

Cadence of Hyrule Zelda Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial

Original (4/27): Another Game Trial has just been announced for Nintendo Switch Online, with subscribers in North America gaining access to Cadence of Hyrule: Crypt of the NecroDancer Featuring The Legend of Zelda.

The title can be experienced in its entirety with an active subscription. Like with other trials, save data carries over to the full game. Also, by participating, you can receive Platinum Points on My Nintendo.

Fast RMX Game Trial Europe

Nintendo has shared some news for Switch Online members in Europe, with Fast RMX next up as the region’s latest Switch Online Game Trial.

The game can be played for free starting on April 26 with an active subscription. Like with all other trials of this nature, progress can be transferred to the full version. The promotion lasts until May 3.

Nintendo Switch Online April 2023

A new set of Nintendo Switch Online games have just arrived, with Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition, Pulseman, Kid Chameleon, and Flicky joining the lineup. All of these titles previously appeared on the SEGA Genesis.

Note that you need to subscribe to the Expansion Pack tier of Nintendo Switch Online in order to access this content.

Star Wars Republic Commando Switch Online Trial

The next Nintendo Switch Online Game Trial has just been announced, with subscribers gaining access to Star Wars: Republic Commando.

If you have an active membership, it can be played for free starting on April 20 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Save data will transfer to the retail version. The offer ends on April 26 at 11:59 PM PT / April 27 at 2:59 AM ET.

Pokemon Stadium Switch Online

Pokemon Stadium is coming to Nintendo Switch Online next week, Nintendo just announced. It will be available on April 12, 2023 via the Expansion Pack tier.

Pokemon Stadium originally launched in 2000 for the N64. The battle arena title contains every Pokemon from Pokemon Red / Blue / Yellow.

FIFA 23 Legacy Edition Game Trial

Original (3/13): Nintendo has announced that FIFA 23 Legacy Edition will be offered to Switch Online members in Europe as the service’s latest Game Trial.

Those with an active subscription can play the game for free starting on March 20, 2023. The full experience will be available until the end of the event. Additionally, save data is compatible with the full title.

Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe

Original (2/23): To celebrate the launch of Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe, new icons have just been added to Nintendo Switch Online.

Users can spend their points on characters, backgrounds, and frames. Each one costs 5 or 10 Platinum Points on My Nintendo. New icons will be available for the next month, with the lineup rotating Thursdays.

A new set of games has just made its way to Nintendo Switch Online, consisting of Kirby’s Dream Land 2, BurgerTime Deluxe, Side Pocket and Xevious. As all of these games are available on the NES, SNES, or Game Boy versions of the app, they’re also playable right now without requiring a subscription to Nintendo Switch Online’s Expansion Pack service.
