Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 post-launch updates

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 won’t be perfect when it releases this week on Switch and other platforms, but the good news is that Konami has confirmed plans for post-launch updates. It seems that all of the games will be touched up in one way or another to address issues.

For Metal Gear and Snake’s Revenge on NES, players may find that the timing of some subtitles doesn’t match up with the audio, but a patch will address this. Different visual options will also be added, including a CRT scanline filter, and the ability to change the pixel aspect ratio.

Another Crusade update 1.2

Dragon Vein Studios started distribution of a new version 1.2 update for Another Crusade on Switch.

One of the main highlights is a new Easy Mode, which can be chosen when starting a new game or later on. There’s also a new saturation options intended for OLED users, item restoration after a game over, and more.

Cursed to Golf Golf Pins update

A new “Golf Pins” update has been announced for Cursed to Golf that should be live on Switch soon.

The update features over 50 new Golf Pin power-ups. That’s along with combo unique Pin Powers and a new selection at Eterni-Tee.

Railgrade update 4.7.42.1

A new update was recently made available for Railgrade, and Switch players can download version 4.7.42.1.

New content has been added as players can unlock the Kettle engine – which is a heavy power steam train. Also, three new steam terraforming story missions have been added. That’s along with some other elements like Chinese localization.

Sea of Stars update 1.0.46131

Sea of Stars just got a new update, with Sabotage Studio starting distribution of version 1.0.46131.

While it doesn’t bring along big features, the patch is significant in the sense that there’s actually a lot here. There are some small additions, adjustments, improvements, and tons of fixes.

Forever Entertainment today issued a notable update for Front Mission 2: Remake on Switch. We also have the patch notes.

Paleo Pines update 1.2.10

Another update has been released for the Switch version of Paleo Pines, and the patch notes were posted on the official Discord channel.

A big addition this time around is the ability to control how quickly time passes. Other improvements, adjustments, and fixes are also a part of the update. One such example is that out-of-memory crashes have been addressed with memory optimizations.
