Lost Sphear launches January 23 in North America and Europe

Square Enix announced today that Japan is getting Lost Sphear on October 12. The western release is following later, though the wait won’t be terribly long.
Lost Sphear is set to launch in North America and Europe on January 23, 2018. An exclusive physical version will be sold through the Suqare Enix Online Store. By pre-ordering, you’ll receive two music tracks as a gift.

Square Enix released the official boxart for Lost Sphear today. The game will only be sold physically through the company’s online store.

Lost Sphear director on making improvements from I Am Setsuna, length, putting it on Switch

It wasn’t too long ago that Square Enix and Tokyo RPG Factory announced Lost Sphear. The game was showcased at E3 earlier this month, and Kotaku also conducted an interview with director Atsushi Hashimoto. Hashimoto discussed how the team is making improvements from I Am Setsuna, the game’s length, and having it on Switch.

Square Enix featuring Lost Sphear during official live stream at E3 2017

Our first real look at Lost Sphear should be coming at E3 2017. Square Enix hasn’t announced its lineup for the show yet, though it looks like the upcoming Switch RPG will be on display.
Square Enix’s live stream will actually have a dedicated time slot next week during the company’s official live stream. On June 14, the session “Behind the World of Lost Sphear” will be held.
It’ll be taking place at the following times:
– 10 AM PT
– 1 PM ET
– 6 PM in the UK
– 7 PM in Europe
