Later this week, XSEED Games will be hosting an event, and a number of announcements will be made. It will apparently be taking place on Wednesday. We’re not sure how much Nintendo news there will be, though hopefully we’ll hear about a Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale release date at the very least.

Once again showcasing the series? trademark high-flying, clothes-ripping battle mechanics, SENRAN KAGURA 2: Deep Crimson follows the events of SENRAN KAGURA Burst, sending all 12 of the original cast members on another supernatural martial arts adventure through modern Japan. For the first time in the series, shinobi can fight in pairs, covering each other’s backs and combining special techniques as needed, or fight alone to give their partners time to recover after bouts of intense combat. One player can control both team members, switching back and forth at will, or two players can fight side by side in local or online co-op mode.

Pandora’s Tower is coming to the North American Wii U eShop tomorrow as a Wii download, Nintendo’s website reveals. The game should be available for $19.99.

For those who haven’t heard of Pandora’s Tower previously, here’s a handy overview:

Pandora’s Tower tells a haunting tale about a cursed young woman’s slow transformation into a hideous beast and the lengths to which the man she loves will go in order to save her. Aeron must brave the Thirteen Towers, which are suspended in the middle of a valley by chains connected to surrounding cliffs, and use his magical Oraclos Chain weapon to retrieve the flesh of the giant monsters that reside within each tower. He must feed this “master flesh” to Elena in order to reverse her transformation. Aeron’s interactions with Elena during their time together have a direct impact on the story, as the strength of their bond will determine which of the multiple endings is achieved.

Pandora’s Tower arrived on the European Wii U eShop back in April.

Story of Seasons has sold over 100,000 copies in North America, XSEED Games has announced. It’s the company’s fastest-selling title. It beat out Rune Factory 4 for the latter record, which has gone on to sell more than 160,000 copies in North America.

“We are truly humbled by the outpouring of support for Story of Seasons,” XSEED Games executive vice president Ken Berry said. “We hope to give back to our fans by continuing the magic of Story of Seasons with the recently announced Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale, which features a heartwarming story based on the Japanese PopoloCrois Story manga series alongside the tried-and-true farming and life simulation elements of Story of Seasons.”

Story of Seasons has seen just under four months of sales. XSEED published the title in North America on March 31.
