Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel

At Jump Festa 2021 Online, Yu-Gi-Oh! Rush Duel was announced for Switch. Concrete details – including a release window- have not yet been provided. However, we do at least know that the card game will let you take on characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens anime.

This will mark the second major Yu-Gi Oh! title for Switch. Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution first launched for the system last April in Japan. Konami brought the game to the west in August 2019.

While Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! is a Japan exclusive Switch game, it has not stopped it from racking in the sales. The popular party game was released on November 19, 2020 and it has already sold over 1 million units both physically and digitally according to Konami.

There is no word on an English release for Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! yet, but it is still impressive to see such a big showing for one region.

Last year, a sequel was announced for Konami’s otome series Tokimeki Memorial, with a name pending. The game’s name was confirmed a few months later to be Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 4th Heart, and now a teaser website has been opened, confirming that it will be coming to Switch.

As first noticed by Gematsu, the teaser website contains information on 9 key characters of the game, showing character bios, voice actors, and character art. It also confirms the game is coming to Switch, and while there is no release date at this time, there should be more information coming soon.

FIFA has appeared on Switch dating back to the console’s launch year, but in contrast, Pro Evolution Soccer hasn’t had a release on the system yet. However, that could change in the future.

Latin America brand manager Robbye Ron expressed optimism about bringing PES to Switch in an interview with RPP. A good portion of that positivity stems from the fact that Konami is now moving over to Unreal Engine – technology that works well with the platform.

Ron shared the following regarding PES on Switch (translated by Google):
