A new update has been released for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, bringing the game up to version 1.0.3. As well as the usual bug fixes, this update is of particular significance as it removes the requirement that you clear the game’s story mode, Hello Abyss, to access Deep in Abyss, meaning that players will be able to access both modes of the game from the beginning. Nintendo continue to reveal new details about Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe in the run-up to release, today giving players a sneak peak at Samurai Kirby 100. This will be a variant of the Samurai Kirby minigame, with the added bonus of being able to compete against 99 other players from around the world.

Publisher AMATA have announced that Backpack Twins is now available on Switch via the eShop. Originally released for other platforms last year, the single player puzzle platformer has made its way to Nintendo’s console, and will see players swapping between twin characters to solve environmental puzzles.
